Job Requirements

The ideal candidate would be someone with previous residential or commercial cleaning experience. This position is a physically demanding job, where candidate must be able to provide excellent service and have the ability to problem solve. Able to follow instructions from cleaning supervisor, and poses the ability to pay great attention to details. While having the willingness to improve on your skills and encourage your co workers.

 -Working hours:

  Weekday’s hours only; Hours generally will be from about 7am-8am till about 2 - 4 pm

- Have cleaning experience

-Must have  valid class 5 drivers licence. (Verification and abstract a must before hire)

-Must be bondable (Calgary Police Information Check (PIC) required)

-Must be able to legally work in Canada

Job Duties

Job Duties include the following but not limited to:

Mopping, vacuuming, dusting, making beds, cleaning, scrubbing, disinfecting, sweeping and more.

• Salary Starting: $18.80 - $25.30 hourly
• 2 Vacancy
• Start date: Immediately
• Employment Conditions: Daytime, Morning, On call, Afternoons (no nights, no weekends)

Job requirements

MUST be legally able to work in Canada

MUST have clean Alberta Driver's license

MUST have previous professional house/ residential cleaning experience

Own vehicle added advantage.

Team Leader Duties

Ability to plan and execute all cleaning jobs. Understanding the company’s policies and cleaning standards.

Able to multi task.

Ability to train new team members and gauge co workers effectiveness.

The ideal candidate for this position would be detail oriented, have the required skills to be a successful cleaner.

Ability to clean at least 2 - 3  homes per shift, good time management, to ensure all cleaning task are completed in a professional manner.
