      When providing residential cleaning services to our clients, the size or complexity of their homes matter little as we always begin with a detailed clean list. These clean list contains all areas of concentration within the property. While not all parts of the home might need special attention, there are common areas in most homes that would.

     Our process in establishing what kind of service a new Client would prefer, would begin with us to setting up a "meet and greet". Even though we have a detailed list there are some areas in clients' home that they would prefer we paid more attention to. Additional tasks they would like done, as well as any other concerns they might have, would all be addressed at the meet and greet. Thereafter an upgraded list would be complied, where the clients would have already communicated to us what their cleaning goals are.

     MGOcleans, provides our residential cleaning services at a per cleaning rate as well as hourly rates.  As for flat rates its our believe that in order to deliver a detailed, uncompromising cleaning service all while ensuring that your needs and expectations are been met, we shouldn't have to be based on how fast or slow we are but rather on completing the required task. Factors, like pets, number of people living in the resident, children, as well as additional request would determine what your cleaning rate would be.
